01 — Sourcing
A global network. A local standard.
Luxury resale prices vary significantly by market. A bag priced at €850 in Paris may sell for €550 in Tokyo or €700 in New York. We source where the price is fair — and bring it to where the demand is.

02 — Authentication
Every bag. Every time.
We authenticate every item in-house before it is listed. There are no exceptions. If a bag does not pass, it does not go live.
Receipt & Logging
The bag arrives and is logged with full provenance documentation before anything else happens.
Initial Inspection
Hardware, stitching, lining, date codes, and serial numbers are checked against brand-specific reference standards.
Material Verification
Leather, canvas, and hardware are assessed for the authenticity markers specific to each house.
Cross-Referencing
We compare against our internal database and known authentication benchmarks built over hundreds of transactions.
Condition Grading
The bag is graded honestly and photographed in full. What you see is what you receive.
Approval or Rejection
If it does not pass, it does not go live. No exceptions, no compromises.

Here is exactly where the savings come from.
We are on average €200–300 below the EU market rate for equivalent condition and authentication level. This is not a discount. It is the result of a leaner model.
We source globally, not locally
EU resale markets carry a geographic premium. We source in markets where the same bag costs less — and pass that difference on.
We take a small margin
Our model is built on volume and repeat trust, not maximising per-item profit.
No middlemen

Consignment reduces acquisition cost
When sellers bring bags to us directly, our cost basis is lower. We pass that on.
